अभयमुद्रा

This gesture represents conquest over fear and hostility. The Buddha gently raises his hand, symbolizing the removal of obstacles. The mudra has come to represent protection and peace and the dissipation of all fear in the believers.

या मुद्रेने भीती आणि द्वेष दूर करण्याचा निर्देश होतो. या मुद्रेत गौतम बुद्ध आपला हात शांतपणे उचलतात. त्यातून सर्व अडथळे दूर होतात, असा अर्थ सूचित होतो. त्यामुळे ही मुद्रा म्हणजे साधकांसाठी संरक्षण, शांतता आणि सर्व प्रकारच्या भयापासून मुक्तीचे प्रतीक मानले जाते.
